Partner WO
One works one rests. Break up work however you wish. Teams can press and squat anyway you like barbells, dumbells, plates, medicine balls, kettlebells, front squat, backs squat, high bar, low bar. Weight must be locked out overhead and ass must be to the grass for the squats. Have fun!
