WOD 130102

Well it’s bout time to get back to business. Holidays were fun but they are over so let’s dial in our diets, training, hydration, lingering boo boos, rest and anything else we need to address.
On Ramp starts next Monday. All January On Ramp participants will receive a Functional Movement Screening and analysis. Please see the FMS tab for details. 2013 is going to be a great year to be a part of CFGB so take that first step and sign up for On Ramp, you will not regret it.

1.) 3 x 10 Back squat, heavier than WOD 12121
(In between sets work on KB snatch
2.) WOD
Extra Credit
3XME Strict T2B – rest 45 sec
3X10 Strict GH Raise – rest 45 sec.
