WOD 130104

Anyone interested in On Ramp give us a call or send us an email. Free class on Saturday @ 8:15am is a great chance for you to come check us out and after you pick yourself off of the floor we can answer any questions you may have.

1.) Snatch: 5X1 @ 80%, 5X1 @ 90%, 8X1 @ 70% – rest 60sec. between each rep through sets of 90%, then 30 sec. between each rep at 70
(You will have 30 minutes to progress through as many reps as possible
2.) WOD
*Max rest is 2 minute
