WOD 130402

On Ramp day 1 was a success, welcome to CFGB.
We have ropes available at the box for your use as always but just a warning, we are going to do a lot of DU’s from here on out; so purchasing your very own lucky rope is not bad idea!
We will be overhead walking outside, so come prepared.
Get that diet dialed in ASAP and tighten up your shit we have lots of work to do in the coming two months.

1.) Every 20 seconds for 4 minutes
