WOD 131006

Come and join our 37th On Ramp Monday. For 3 years starting our first month we’ve had an On Ramp and almost every member of this gym has started CFGB with this class. The majority of our members were scared to join but they stepped up to that fear only to find out there was nothing to fear. What they did find was knowledge, the knowledge of posture, movement and nutrition and the most amazing cast of people they would have never met had they not taken that step. Take that step.
So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is…fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.
