It’s Monday and it’s going to be a great week. Jake is back from Basic Training so I expect to see all of you, especially my National Guard members there to welcome him home. October On Ramp is almost over and we’ll be seeing almost 20 new faces in our regular classes as of Friday. Lurong is winding down and we will be retesting our initial Challenge WODs starting on Wednesday. Bring on Monday, I’m ready! You
