Games 140519

Today is the beginning of CFGB’s first run at the CrossFit Games. These next 9 weeks are going to challenge you mentally and physically like never before. We will have our regular WODs as well as extra credit posted every day. The extra credit will be noted with an asterisk. We will be running a 3 on 1 off schedule with an open gym every 4th day. The open gym will be an entire day to make up anything you may have missed over the last 3. For example say someone doesn’t want to or just can’t run a 5k the day it’s on the board you will be able to complete it during this time. The only requirement of open gym days are you must notify the coaches of the task you are working on and follow the warm-up on the board for that day.
Tina, Shane, Anna, Justin, Ashley and Garrett will all have their own logs for the duration leading up to the games and every time you use their log for a run or whatever the task may be I want you to sign the log. We will have permanent markers in a bucket next to the logs. Let’s train to be champions; we ain’t got anything better to do;)
