Start each 400m on even minute. Example: Finish run at 1:44, ME Handstand Walk until 3:44 then start next run at 4:00. Do this so you don’t have to do time math because well, time math is hard.

*4.) 12 minutes to find 1 RM OHS (from rack)
*5.) 200 DU’s for time

Not quite the negatives Justin/Coach wanted but --- I was consistent & couldnt breathe. #115 OHS (= PR) DU - 2:47, EC - 3x {PowerMonkey 3 strict MU&ME KipRD (15/15/15), 1 LLRC (~ 3 ft.), 10 B.ext (GHD), and 3 mile walk to mow the lawn.
