1.) Toes & Nose holds
2.) 4 x 400m negatives
2 min rest ME Handstand Walks
Start each 400m on even minute. Example: Finish run at 1:44, ME Handstand Walk until 3:44 then start next run at 4:00. Do this so you don’t have to do time math because well, time math is hard.
*3.) ME Strict MU -NO KIP- 1 attempt
*4.) 12 minutes to find 1 RM OHS (from rack)
*5.) 200 DU’s for time
*6.) Cycle 3 times
3 MU->ME Ring Dips
10 Back ext.
2 Rope Climbs (Legless)
