WOD 140513

It has yet to set in that we are going to the CrossFit Games. Garrett, Ashley, Justin, Anna, Shane and Tina went to Chicago and took on the best the North Central has to offer now mind you this division includes 11 states and over 330 registered teams. When the dust settled there they were standing on the podium, PROVEN. Now on to Carson, California and the 2014 CrossFit Games the week of July 22nd.
The cool thing about our gym is the fact that we all train the same, we are not divided. There is no special programming just for the games athletes as we aim to create the best athletes no matter who you are the rest is up to you. How bad do you want it? Whether it’s to make the games, a six pack, a sub 6 min. mile, a bodyweight snatch, a muscle up or just to be in the absolute best condition of your life. Whatever your goal may be you are all given the same tools to accomplish them.
Now back to the games, we will be doing a few Hero WOD’s the remainder of the week to just relax our brains a little bit and just enjoy but come next Monday we start training to win the CrossFit Games. As always we will train side by side pushing ourselves to become the best. This is going to be a fun time to be a part of CFGB as you are going to become better than you’ve ever thought possible. Oh yea and I promise to make it fun, a horrible painful kind of fun but definitely fun nonetheless!
Time to make history!

The main ingredient of stardom is the rest of the team.
