WOD 140914

Last chance to sign up for LuRong. It'll be a great time. We will be doing LuRong workouts during the week, but if you miss any of them you can do them off to the side during any class time, just make sure you ask a coach first.
Also, any coach will be able to measure you for the challenge. If possible, use a same gender coach, and remember who it was so they can do consistent measuring at the end of the challenge!

1. 5×3 Back Squats @ 85% Every 2 min for 10 min
2. 3 Rounds
Run 400m in 100m increments (50m down and back)
21 Kettle Bell Swings 70/53
3. 50 GHD Sit Ups
