The last LuRong workout will occur this week. Make sure you get all three of the benchmark workouts, measurements and your starting weight entered in so we can validate it. Double check your entries to make sure you didn't make a mistake. If you're sitting here right now thinking I definitely did it right, go check again because once we validate it we cannot change it.
If you need to make up a LuRong WOD that you missed, make sure you let the coach know at the beginning of class, and if you require someone to judge and/or videotape your workout it is your responsibility to arrange that, not the coach's.
