It’s Saturday again.  Coach T is out of town this weekend so there will be no Pilates at 7:15a, but come join us for our Community WOD at 8:15am.
1) 25 minutes to find 1RM Hang Power Snatch and Power Clean & Jerk
2) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Body weight Back Squat
Burpee Box Overs 24/20 (both feet must leave the ground at the same time)
3) 50 GHD Sit-ups
*4) Every 90 seconds for 15 min (10 rounds)
10m Handstand Walk
10 alternating pistol squats
*5) 3 rounds for time
3 strict MU
5 strict T2B
7 Power Cleans 205/155lb
