Horsea

Regionals is coming up soon.  If you are planning on going to cheer on Team CFGB you will want to get your tickets soon.  Usually tickets are never a problem but since they’ve created these super regions there will be a lot more people in attendance.  It’s going to be an awesome weekend.

1.) 9 minutes
13 Wallballs 20/14lb
13 Power Snatch 95/65lb
13 Overhead Squat 95/65lb
2.) 5 x 8 Back Squat @ 70% every 2 minutes
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
*4.) 10 min. EMOM
10 C2B Pull-ups
10 Handstand Push-ups
*5.) 10 x 12 cal Row, rest 30 sec.
*6.) 3 rounds, rest as needed and add load each round
8 Behind the neck Push-Press
8 Pressing Snatch Balance
8 Bent over barbell Row
