Lapras

Tonight we will be hosting our 2nd Bring A Friend WOD.  We will be starting at 7:30 pm with a small warm up, instruction on movement, workout and cool down. Afterwards we will have a few snacks and hang out for a little bit getting to know your friends.  If you have any questions please contact Alex, Justin or myself today.
If you see Ashley, Shane, Anna, Zach, Tina or Tyler wish them good luck as they are just a few days away from heading to Minneapolis to compete in the Central Regionals.  They’ve been training hard and are ready to represent us all here at CFGB.  Kick some tail guys and gals!
