Please join us at 8:15 am for our weekly Community WOD.  Everyone is welcome including big/small, young/old, athletic/hasn’t discovered athletic ability yet.  Everyone!
This coming Tuesday evening we will be having our second Bring A Friend WOD starting at 7:30 pm.  We had 30 people at the last event, let’s see if we can’t get 40 plus people this Tuesday. Please contact Alex if you want to bring a friend or ten.

20 Back Squats 185/120lb
15 Handstand Push-ups
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
