Mr. Mime

We will be doing the first Lurong WOD on Wednesday.  I am excited to start this thing with you guys and for you all that are not doing it I must ask. Why not?  It is 4 weeks and it’ll be barely June when it’s over.  Short term commitment for possible life changing experience.  The risk is worth the reward on this.  I’m not sure what the registration fee is but I think 50 bucks.  Best spent 50 dollars you’ll ever spend if this helps you see what food can really do for you, everything.  You still have tonight to sign up I believe.  Throw your hat in the ring and make a bet on your health.
1.) 15 minute AMPRAP
3 Box Jump 36/30
1 Power Clean & Jerk (Split or Push)
10 cal. Row
Add weight to C&J each round.  Spend 15 minutes to work up to a good starting C&J load.
*2.) 10 min. EMOM
5 Strict Toes to Bar
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
*3.) Immediately following No.2 complete:
3 Snatch, 1 per minute for 3 minutes.  Start first rep with empty bar.
4.) 50 Hollow Rocks
