Summer Lurong Challenge begins next Monday.  You want to get your diet back on track? If your answer is a big yes get signed up asap.  We will be doing the Lurong WODs as our regular workouts when they are released.  Since you’ll be doing them anyways you might as well sign up.  Talk to T, Justin or myself with any questions you have.
