Randy

Day 1 of the Central Regional brought Team CFGB two 12th place finishes.  Both workouts went well and they were within 30 seconds to 1 minute of placing in the top 5 in each workout.  28 points out of 5th place as of now.  Next up Running and Wallballs, 1 min to find 1RM Snatch each and finish the day off with each member attempting a 100 foot Handstand Walk.  The team is doing us proud and representing our gym with absolute class and great sportsmanship.  Time to dig those heels in and dig in, the competition is just getting started for them. Do what you do CFGB.

:45-:50 Rest/Prep bar

2.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
Note: Do not touch a bar during the 10 minutes prior to the 3 attempts at 1RM Snatch.  Stay warm with body weight movements and visualize what you are going to do once the 5 minutes begins.  3 attempts only.

many sets back squats surrounded by ten Oly platforms, all in use. At CrossFit Minneapolis. Knee feels decent. Got a couple sets three reps @ 225#. Coming back!
