WOD 151103

I am adding a rowing program to our daily diet of stuff. The sessions are going to average 60 minutes. If you want to build your endurance and your overall rowing ability you are going to need to schedule a second session at the gym or if you have a rower at home do it first thing in the morning or in the evening. If the C2's are being used during the daily WOD you will not be able to use them for this during class time so plan accordingly. Any questions pertaining to the Row please send me a message or just ask me at the gym and I'll get you dialed in.
7:15am Classes will still be held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays until further notice.

1.) Every 1:30 for 15 minutes alternating Strict Muscle Ups/Nose and Toes holds
2.) 15 minute AMRAP
22 Burpees
22 Double Unders
22 Pull-ups
*3.) Clean 3 x 2 Clean 1 Jerk @ 65% 2 x 2 1 Jerk @ 70% 3 x 1 1 Jerk @ 75%
*4.) Front Squat 5 x 5 @ 70%
Note: Front Squat percentage based off of 1 RM Clean & Jerk
*5.) 4 x 15 minute Row, rest 3 minutes in between each 15 minute interval. Hold 18 s/m first 5 minutes, 20 s/m 5-10 minutes and 18 s/m 10-15 minutes.
6.) 100 Med Ball V-ups for time
