Skinny Dip

Just a few notes on the week. Today and Wednesday regular classes, Thursday(Thanksgiving) Closed and Friday 8am & 9:30am Clovis. On Thanksgiving the Turkey Trot is being put on by Festival Foods with a 4 mile and a 2 mile run starting at 8am. You can register online www.festivalfoodsturkeytrot.com/greenbay. Friday is a 10 mile run with 150 burpee pullups. If you’re planning on doing it yourself allow roughly 2 hours. You can do this in pairs, 3 person, 4 person whatever you’d like. We will be having 2 start times in case some of you are still shopping at 8.

1.) Skinny Dip 
30 Power Clean 135/95lb 
100 Double Unders 
20 Power Clean 155/105lb 
100 Double Unders 
10 Power Clean 185/120lb 
100 Double Unders 
then 
7 minutes to establish 1RM Power Clean 

*2.) 7 minute AMRAP 
25 GHD Sit-ups 
7 Muscle Ups 

3.) Accumulate 8 minutes total 
225/155 Deadlift Hold 
155/105 Overhead Hold (Jerk width) 
Hold Deadlift first and when you break go to the overhead. Back and forth for 8 total minutes.
