WOD 151112

2900 dollars were raised yesterday at this little gym of ours. I appreciate every one of you that came out today and gave a few dollars to a great group of veterans helping veterans. That’s a lot of money. I am very proud of this place. 
A closing note about yesterday and why we have it. The speaker this morning before the Suicide Ruck was a veteran who goes out and sits with veterans when their demons are on full. He sits with them all night until his relief comes. He was talking about the latest vet suicide to hit home. A Marine that he happened to know well took his own life. Lu Maye, Jacob D., Corporal, USMC took his life because the resources our warriors need are not available to them. Not because of lack of money but a total lack of how to make that money work for the Veterans and not everyone but. They need help and the 4th HOOAH WI are ready to fight to help the Vets win the war that continues off the battlefield. 
I apologize I don’t recall the speakers name but men like you are the reason change begins. Thank you.
