12 Hip Extensions
25 Sledgehammer Swings

3.) Accumulate 10 minutes in bottom of Squat

4.) Couch Stretch
Position 1 Push hip to floor, 2 minutes
Position 2 Open hip with back parallel to wall, 2 minutes
4 minutes each side total
