WOD 151114

I’m looking forward to seeing your smiling faces today, it’s been a while since I’ve coached the Saturday classes. So free WOD as usual at 8:15 and followed by a couple of regular classes, then Green Bay Barbell. Fun little Saturday ahead!

1.) For 15 minutes alternating every 1:30 Strict Muscle Ups/Headstand->Freestanding Handstand practice 

2.) 5 rounds
15 GHD Sit-ups 
15 Kettle Bell Swings 2/1.5lb 
Run 400m 

3.) Clean & Jerk 1 x 2 @60, 65, 70 & 75, 1 x 1 @80
