Three Wise Men

Today is Veteran’s Day. To all that served and fought for this great country, thank you. To all of you currently serving and still fighting, thank you.
Good luck to all of you taking on the 4th HOOAH WI Chapter 22 mile Suicide Awareness Ruck March. Afterwards everyone is welcome to come over to CrossFit Green Bay at 994 Parkview Rd to watch our local CrossFit Athletes do the Three Wise Men Tribute Workout starting at 7:30pm
We will be doing this workout at every class today. Everyone is encouraged to drop $22 to help 4th HOOAH WI to give back to the Veterans. Our country asks the most from the soldiers but gives back the least after there time in the military is over. My close friend and member of CFGB, Will Kocken is leading the way raising money and getting our veterans the help they’ve earned. All local CrossFit Athletes are encouraged to come out and participate tonight at 7:30pm. After the workout we’ll have a little gathering with refreshments donated by Kay Distributing. So please come on out and celebrate our American Military Men and Women and leave your sweat, blood and tears in there honor. 
There is no CrossFit Kids tonight.
“Jeremy” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
5 Hang Squat Snatch (Elite = 185/125 lbs, RX = 135/95 lbs, Scaled = 95/65 lbs) 
10 Burpees Over the Barbell 
Rest 2 minutes, and then… 

“Ben” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
10 Power Cleans (Elite = 185/125 lbs, RX = 135/95 lbs, Scaled = 95/65 lbs) 
20 Pull-Ups 
Rest 2 minutes, and then… 

“Beau” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
15 Box Jump-Overs (Elite & RX = 24”/20”; Scaled – 24”/20” Step-Overs Allowed) 
30 Wall Ball Shots (Elite & RX = 20/14 lbs; Scaled – 14/8 lbs)
