WOD 151105

I’ve noticed a lot of people shrinking as of late. That is great and I’m very proud of your sticktoitness of your diet. For those that are struggling with their diet you are going in to a very difficult season to stay on track but have faith you can successfully navigate through it with a little sticktoitness of your own. Getting to the gym daily will be enough motivation to keep you level and on track. Come Thanksgiving day give yourself a day off. A true day off and eat until your little heart is content and you pass out on a couch watching the Packers send the number 4 into retirement. Then the next day come in and take on our annual 10 mile Run and 150 Burpee Pull-ups.  After Thanksgiving has passed do the same thing up until Christmas Eve and maybe a little in to Christmas day. Be strong, every one of you can be successful. You just gotta want it bad enough. Have great day everyone.

1.) 1 Clean 1 Front Squat 1 Jerk EMOM for 10 minutes, add load each round as appropriate

25 Back Squat 165/115lb
25 Toes to Rings
50 Double Unders
15 minute cap

3.) 7 rounds with 15 second transition time
30 second Plank Hold
30 second Superman
30 second Ring lockout hold, if able use high rings

4.) Row session
10 minute warm-up
3 x 2000m Row
First 1000m at 22 s/m second 1000m 24 s/m. 4 minute rest between each 2k
10 minute cool down

5.) 12 minutes total Quad smashing either with a barbell or with partner
