WOD 151110

Wednesday the 11th of November come and join us after the 4th HOOAH 22 Mile Ruck March for Suicide awareness for the Three Wise Men Veterans Tribute WOD.  $22 per athlete pays for coaching and afterparty. Pretty great value and every cent is going towards ending the fact that an average of 22 veterans commit suicide every day in this country.  Starts at 7:30pm. We will have coaches on the floor so no matter what your ability we will get you through it! 

Three Wise Men 
“Jeremy” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
5 Hang Squat Snatch (Elite = 185/125 lbs, RX = 135/95 lbs, Scaled = 95/65 lbs) 
10 Burpees Over the Barbell 
Rest 2 minutes, and then… 

“Ben” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
10 Power Cleans (Elite = 185/125 lbs, RX = 135/95 lbs, Scaled = 95/65 lbs) 
20 Pull-Ups 
Rest 2 minutes, and then… 

“Beau” 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of: 
15 Box Jump-Overs (Elite & RX = 24”/20”; Scaled – 24”/20” Step-Overs Allowed) 
30 Wall Ball Shots (Elite & RX = 20/14 lbs; Scaled – 14/8 lbs) 

This workout will be going all day at CFGB. If you’re unable to get in at night get it done during the day and drop $22 bucks. Let’s help the 4th HOOAH WI chapter reach their goal of over $60,000. Local money going right back to local veterans. Don’t get no better than that.

1.) 50 Hang Alternating Full/Power Cleans 115/85lb 
40 Burpee alternating Strict/Kip Pull-ups 
30 Alternating Strict/Kip Handstand Push-ups 
20 Alternating arm Dumbbell Snatch 75/55lb 
10 Alternating Strict/Kip Muscle Up 

2.) 100 Sledgehammer Swings or Max Effort Unbroken Sledgehammer Swings 

3.) 5 rounds 
10 Hip Extensions, last hip extension can go right into first GH Raise 
10 GH Raises 
Note: If unable to do GH Raises as prescribed do 5 rounds of 10 Hip Extension GH Raises. We will demo it for you in class. 

4.) Row Session: 
Warm up 15 minutes 
5 x 500m As fast as possible at s/m 28, 30, 32 , 34, 32 per 500m set, 3 minute rest between each set 
Cool down 15 minutes
