Togepi

Got to see how we stacked up yesterday against the Master’s Games athletes and they are good, like good good. I truly believe these games are great because when they are done we have a clear and defined definition of what it takes to be the best of the best our in our age groups. From teens to 70 year old athletes the CrossFit Games offer us a glimpse of what we are all capable of. Age and ability are no longer a deterrent to become healthy but simply a starting point.
And one more thing I never want to be in Green Bay ever(ever, ever, ever:) again during the games. I want to be in Carson. So if you’re interested in being the reason I get to go please let me know and we’ll get started.
