then:
Max Effort Burpee Muscle Ups until time expires
2.) 5 sets of 3 Pressing Snatch Balance and 3 Sots Press. Use 2 bars and add load each round.
3.) Front Squat 5 x 5 @ 65%
4.) 75 Sledgehammer tire hits
