then
7 minutes to find 1RM Power Clean
2.) 5 rounds of:
3 Pressing Snatch Balance->3 Sots Press
Add load each round and use 2 bars
3.) Front Squat 5 x 4 @ 75% every 2 minutes
4.) 50 Hip Extensions
