Furret

I know running four 800m sprints is not fun, well for most of us anyways but if you skip out on it you are cheating yourself out of the results. Pure grit. It hurts to run fast for 800m, it honestly made me want to cry today. It takes determination to not stop and to forge ahead when your lungs are on fire and legs going to jelly. Making it to that finish line on that last run is a great feeling to know you’ve pushed yourself to your limit and survived to fight another day. When it’s a run day, run fast, race someone but most importantly just do it. I was very impressed by all that showed up to take on that WOD as of a few short years ago I’d be looking at 3 to 4 people a class that would show up to today’s average of 10 people per class. I was even more impressed by your ability to finish strong. No matter what the workout is if you want to be Good at everything you gotta do just that everything.
1.) 10 minutes to find 1 Rep Max Thruster
rest 5 minutes
50 Thrusters at 50% of 1 Rep Max
5 Bar Facing Burpees every time the bar is set down or rested in any other position besides overhead or front rack
2.) 15 minute EMOM 1 Snatch from High Hang at 70%
3.) 15 minute EMOM 1 Clean & Jerk from High Hang at 70%
4.) 50 Hip Extensions
