Green Bay Barbell continues on tonight at 7:30pm. CrossFit Green Bay will be hosting the Wisconsin Open this fall so if there was ever a time to give barbell a try it’s now and make your first weightlifting competition on home turf.
1.) 3 rounds
Run 200m
17 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Run 200m Backwards
12 Toes to Bar
2.) EMOM for 15 minutes 1 Snatch from Hang off Blocks @ 70%
3.) EMOM for 15 minutes 1 Clean & Jerk from Hang off blocks @ 70%
4.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
