So here’s the gig. Learning about posture, how to squat, deadlift, press and run isn’t something you need to only know at the gym. You spend 1 hour a day in the gym and the rest (23) out in the real world. Just think about this for a second about how often you move during the hours you are not in the gym. How many times you sit down and stand up or how many times you pick up that little tyke of yours? How about you mill workers walking up and down that concrete floor and running machines, loading and unloading. Pick up that kid with your back over and over or walk down that same path over and over without your arches just collapsing away is killing you and it’s a slow painful death. In order to survive everything life throws at us we need to be prepared taking care of our backs, shoulders, knees, hips, etc and that can all be accommodated through posture and good movement. It shouldn’t matter if we have 200 pounds on our back or just sitting down, it’s all the same process. I will never stop giving you the information and making sure you are applying it every second you are in my gym but I need you all to be your own coach when your not at CFGB. Come to the gym and hone your skills and then pack those badboys up in your knowledge satchel when you leave to be used at any given time throughout the rest of your life. Move well, live well your body will thank you.

2.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes 5 unbroken Zee-row pause Back Squat. Add load each round and if at any point you have to pause the load is too heavy.
