Well I think I came up with a fun way to do push-ups. You’re going to love them! Good news we’ll be seeing a bit of Oly work over the next few weeks beginning today. You are going to love that as well. The next few weeks are gonna be difficult but once again I really feel like you’re going to love the heck out of that too. So bring on the love fest errr suckfest it’s time to train.
Our OnRamp recycles to the beginning in 1 week so if you’d like to get in without doing a 1 on 1 into session give us a call.
