Telluride

Couple things from our coaches meeting tonight. Please be on time for classes and if you’re late instead of talking to others be the one that pays super close attention to the coaches because you’re already behind. If the coach is guiding a warmup join in and listen to them. If you want to do everything on your own you’re paying too much money for this gym. You can get that service for 10 bucks a month. Bro reps during the open. Please don’t give them. Ever. It never works out well for anyone. Rule is if you correct a movement it is a no rep. Nice and simple. Finally this post is late and I apologize I was in deep conversation with Derek and Jake after the coaches meeting. I will do burpees.
