Drowzee

Todd Bruss, PA-C, ATC, CSCS from Aurora BayCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine will be in house to evaluate any boo-boos you have from 4:30pm-6pm Wednesday evening.  Our goal at CrossFit Green Bay is to make you the best you can be physically and mentally.  We are proud to offer you this service and even prouder to be partners with Aurora BayCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
Aurora BayCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is also offering Free Injury Assessments at their facility.  If you have an issue come up in between the times Todd or Joe are at the gym, call them at 920-288-5400 and say you want to schedule a free injury assessment.  They will schedule an appointment with an Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist to evaluate your issue.
A note from our Member Relations Coordinator:
Hello everyone!  We’ve talked with some of you about this already, but for those who don’t know, we’re putting a class together that will provide a free opportunity for friends and family to come in and see what CFGB is all about!  We’re going to be running a special class-time between 7:30pm and 8:30pm on Tuesday April 21st that will be CFGB’s new Bring-a-Friend class.  The class will be comprised of a quick warm-up, some instruction, and a partner workout for you and your friend to work through together!  We understand that the Saturday classes can be a bit hectic, so we wanted to provide you with an opportunity to bring anyone who’s interested in trying out CrossFit into the gym for a free experience.  Additionally, there will be more time after the class ends to address any questions your friends or family may have!
We’re really excited about this opportunity and would appreciate all of your support in growing one of the most supportive communities in CrossFit.  We’re proud of what we’ve built, and as we progress as a community, we want to continue to help more and more people find balance and health with us. We’ve grown into the thriving community you see today because of your willingness to spread your personal success stories with others.  We are constantly looking to raise our level of service, and we appreciate your help in spreading the word so that we can help provide you with the most valuable experience possible.
I should also mention that we’re going to be implementing a recurring On Ramp schedule.  Which means that should you have a friend or family member who wants to start with us, they simply have to work through a single one-on-one training session with a coach to learn the fundamentals to all movement in order to start On Ramp right away!  No more waiting until the beginning of the month to get started!
We can’t thank you enough for your support.  Please see myself, Justin or Grant if you’d like more details on the event, and we look forward to seeing you there!
