Voltorb

Today is the final day of our little squat cycle we pull out every once in a while.  You all held up well and we will be seeing the fruits of our labor early next week so make sure you are well rested, fed and hydrated going in to the week.
Today we have lifters competing at the WLC in Milwaukee and athletes participating in the Festivus Games in Green Bay and I want to personally wish you all well.  You’ve trained for this now just go out there and do what it is you do.  I’m proud of you.
Community WOD at 8:15am this morning.  Please let us show you what CrossFit means to CFGB in a roughly hour long class.  Bring yourself and whomever else wishes to have a great workout as all are welcome.

1.) 10  x 3 Back Squat @ 85% 10lb, every 2 minutes
2.) 100 Burpee Pull-ups, bar at least 6 above highest reach
every minute on the minute 10 air squats
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
