Koffing

Tonight following the final WOD Jake will be hosting a nutrition discussion.  Tonight’s topic will be Paleo/Zone and how it all works.  Please join Jake in this first installment of our interactive nutritional discussions.  All members welcome to attend.
Our next installment of Bring-a-friend will take place May 26th at 7:30pm.  Mark those calenders and recruit those friends to join you and if you have a friend that works out at CFGB let them know you’d like them to bring you in for a workout!  Snacks to be provided afterwards and we won’t let Justin pick out veggie trays next time!
