Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
10 Back Squat @ 60%
then
7 minute AMRAP
3 Muscle Ups
1 Rope Climb
20 Pistol Squats
2.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
*3.) 15 reps Snatch @ 70%, every minute
*4.) 15 reps Clean & Jerk @ 70%, every minute
*5.) 10 minute EMOM
10 Toes to Bar
10 Handstand Push-ups
