Please join us for our Community Workout at 8:15am today.  Everyone is welcome.
Today for the regular WOD we will be doing Master’s Regional Workouts 2 and 4 to support our current Masters athletes still competing.  The harder you work the harder they work!
And one more little thing can you all do me a giant favor and mentally visualize T getting her first muscle up.  Let’s throw some positive vibes her way and if she happens to get one she’ll owe you all a Rx Bar;)  Ok, maybe not but I know she’ll appreciate it!

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Deadlifts
Box jumps
Handstand push-ups
Men use 225 lb., 24-inch box
Women use 155 lb., 20-inch box
*3.) 10 minute EMOM
6 Alternating Pistols
6 Alternating DB Snatch 75/55lb
*4.) 8 minutes to find 5RM Unbroken Clean & Jerk  Bar cannot be set down or rested at any point with the exception of overhead.  Fast and aggressive.
