Qualifier Workout 5

Well good news we warmed up our 155/105lb Snatch yesterday to get ready for the 155/105lb Snatches that the Granite Games has blessed us with. Good news though you can Power Snatch, so you got that going for you. 
Some more good news for you all is we will be open the 4th. T and Christian offered to open up the gym so all of you stuck in town can get a workout in before you head out to celebrate the United States of America! We will open at 8:30 am and close at 12pm. Please be at the gym and ready to workout at 11am at the latest so we can get T & Christian home to their families.
What else…. oh yeah Beer Mile (or a non-alcoholic alternative) and after pool party at Casa de Soletski 1906 Rainbow Ave, DePere Saturday at high noon. Everyone is welcome and we will have plenty of food afterwards to get rid of that little beer buzz you may have gotten during that mile. Just a note we may be kicking everyone out around 8pm so we can head up north for a couple days.

1.) Qualifier Workout 4
14 minutes AMRAP:
70 double-unders
7 ring muscle-ups
7 snatches (155/105lbs)
note: snatch is whatever you wish full squat to power
choose 1 extra credit
2.) Power Clean 65/3, 70/3, 75/2×2
3.) Squat 75/3, 85/3, 95/3, 105/3, 110/2×2
note: 2 & 3 are both based off of 1rm c&j
4.) 200m Sled Push 135/95lb
note: 20m increments
