Please join us for our 8:15am free community WOD. It is a great chance for anyone that wants to check out CFGB and see what it is our little gym is all about.
After your WOD, head out to the downtown Green Bay City Deck to see CrossFit Green Bay at the Aurora BayCare Open Streets. We will be located by the Main St. Bridge near Schreiber. Stop in and learn how to squat, deadlift and press!

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 2 Hang Snatches, add load
each round

14 minute AMRAP 
200m Overhead Plate Run 45/25lb, arms must be locked out overhead
to run
20 Plate Squats 45/25lb
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds Hollow Rock/Superman
