Justice

Which emotion generally consumes the majority of your day; joy, anger or sadness? If is joy you are doing something right. Congratulations. Seriously congratulations that is something you should be very proud of as these days many find it difficult to find joy. If you are angry have you identified what is the root cause of your anger? If you have not I suggest you go sit alone in the woods and dig that up with Mother Nature. Lastly the sad people. Odds are good you have a good idea what is making you so sad and odds are very good you are also avoiding a very important part of sadness, forgiveness. If you never forgive you will never untie that heart of yours from the rock that’s holding it down.
My thoughts tonight are not one of diagnosing you of emotional turmoil but more as an ice breaker for you all. If the people with joy shared their successes and failures to others maybe the angry and the sad can use those ideas so they too can share in amazing joy that is life. It’s amazing what people can do when they identify with those around them.
