I didn't walk at all for the run, and I wanted to cry, I wanted to quit, both my feet were numb, but I finished it. CrossFit teaches perseverance.

8 min DU practice. 2014 in 56:15 (3 mile run, 10 min DU 2000m row). Too bad I found that when I got home. Could have done a repeat of that for comparison. Oh and in 2014 the high that day was only 80°. ☀️
