Triple 3

We are doing the Triple 3 today from the 2014 CrossFit Games. Now as a note to you all this workout caused the mighty to bow down during the event. Most notable of which was Rich Froning who finished 37th at 38:31.38. That’s still a disgustingly impressive time by the way. You can scale this to the Triple 1 or 2 if you wish. Make sure you eat well and are hydrated prior to coming to the gym tomorrow as we are going to experience this workout in the same heat as the games competitors did in 2014.

I didn't walk at all for the run, and I wanted to cry, I wanted to quit, both my feet were numb, but I finished it. CrossFit teaches perseverance.

8 min DU practice. 2014 in 56:15 (3 mile run, 10 min DU 2000m row). Too bad I found that when I got home. Could have done a repeat of that for comparison. Oh and in 2014 the high that day was only 80°. ☀️
