This our first attempt at an Open Gym so please bear with us on this. During class time today you can pick anything from the last 3 days that you didn't do and get it done. Whether it be establishing your Backsquat PR, 1000m Row Negatives, 200m Log Carries, EMOM Snatch/C&J or whatever else you may have missed in the last 3 days. Tell the coach what you're working on and get to work. Show up and use this time I really want to see if this works or not. Just an example of what I plan on doing tomorrow:
