WOD 151002

Well that was one hell of a anniversary WOD. Nice job everyone and thank you for celebrating it with us. The gym is closed all weekend as Green Bay Barbell will be hosting the Wisconsin Open. Please come out and get a glimpse of what GBB trains for. Starting next week we will be converting our 7:15am Confidence Class into a regular class time. We will be testing it out for the month of October so if you want it to stick you may want to show up. Classes will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays with the intent of having it 5 days a week.

1.) Lurong WOD 50’s Chipper
50 WallBalls 20/14lb (20 at 9’/14 at 8′) (Medball Cleans 20/14lb)
50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 70/50lb (50/35lb) (25/15lb)
50 Pistols (Single Leg Squat Touchdowns) (Air Squat)
50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (Pull-ups) (Ring Rows)
15 minute cap
2.) Back Squat 1 x 5 @ 85%, Spend 15 minutes to work up to the 1 x 5 set.
3.) 100 Hollow Rocks for time
