1.) Dumbbell Mile
Run 1 mile with pair of 25/15lb dumbbells
Start with 20 Dumbbell Cleans and repeat every 400m
then:
60 cal Row
Note: If the dumbbells are set down at any point complete 5 burpees on the spot and continue when ready.
2.) For 20 minutes every minute complete 1 Snatch, no heavier than 70%
3.) For 20 minutes every minute complete 1 Clean & Jerk, no heavier than 70%
4.) 50 Strict Toes to Bar

165# snatch EMOM (Focused on knees in front of elbows on the setup. Resulted in better bar path and catch position!) / 15 C&J @ 205#, 5 @ 215# (Focused on keeping elbows high in the catch position.)
