WOD 151023

So this isn't exactly a birthday WOD for our birthday boy, Mr. Justin Peterson. Truthfully though any WOD that is posted is basically his workout (except for maybe yesterday's WOD that I schooled him on, just saying:) Anyway's Justin has come a long way these past couple years and I got the honor of getting to watch this young man turn into a husband and soon to be father. Not to mention the fact that he moves like an angel and has one helleva mustache when Ashley let's him have it! He has gone from a kid to a man over these last 4 years and I am proud to have him by my side. Happy Birthday Justin!

1.) Lurong Champion Test
1 minute of ME of each exercise with 1 minute of rest in between each for 2 rounds
Deadlift 155/100lb (115/75lb, 75/55lb)
Box Jump Overs 30/24 (24/20, 20/12)
Hang Power Cleans 155/100lb (115/75lb, 75/55lb)
Muscle Ups (Straight Leg Box Dips, Bent Knee Box Dips)
Thrusters 155/100lb (115/75lb, 75/55lb)
Row for calories
2.) Every 3 minutes the remainder of class Mobility, mobility, mobility!
