WOD 151009

Team WOD Sunday will be including a bunch of rope climbs so bring your climbing gear ie. tall socks. Also, class is moved to 3:30pm instead of 3pm due to the Packer game. Free class as usual on Saturday so if you have any friends that would like to check out CFGB encourage them to join us at 8:15am. Have a great Friday.

Note: Rower does not need to be reset between rounds but you must stop pulling at 400m, 800m, 1200m & 1600m
