I want to wish a Happy Birthday to one of our members that has stood the test of time and has shown that age is no excuse. John Koenig has helped countless people in his life find fitness through his knowledge on nutrition. I've been lucky enough to engage in many conversations with John and the knowledge I've gained is irreplaceable. So, Happy Birthday John, you are a true testament to hard work and truly caring about those around you.

1) 20 minutes to find 1 RM Snatch
2) 61 Burpees
Then 3 rounds:
10 Power Cleans 185/120
10 Strict Pullups
Finish with 61 Burpees
3)Back squat 10×3 85%
