WOD 151008

The lifting area is just about complete. We will have 9 lifting stations dedicated to Green Bay Barbell as well as to anyone that wants to complete additional lifting or extra credit. The goal is to have the area open at all times with the exception of times that the Green Bay Barbell Club meet. You will also note that all the jerk blocks are stacked in front of the rear overhead door all nice and orderly. When you need to use the blocks you will be able to set them up over the lifting stations and when done put the blocks back n their appropriate spots.
As some of you may have noticed above the CrossFit Green Bay and Green Bay Barbell logo's there is a new name Green Bay Strength and Conditioning. Whatever it is you want to do athletically we are going to provide the facility, equipment, trainers, nutritionists as well as sports medicine services provided by Aurora BayCare. We will never stop our pursuit of creating the best environment for you to get stronger, faster and healthier.

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 3 Split Jerks, add load each round
2.) 20 minute EMOM of:
Odd minutes: 20 Double Unders/8 Burpees
Even minutes: 10 Wall Balls 20/14lb/ 8 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5
Record completed rounds
3.) 100 Med Ball V-ups, 20/14lb
4.) For time:
5 Rope Climbs/5 Bar Muscle Ups/5 Ring Muscle Ups
4 Rope Climbs/4 Bar Muscle Ups/4 Ring Muscle Ups
3 Rope Climbs/3 Bar Muscle Ups/3 Ring Muscle Ups
2 Rope Climbs/2 Bar Muscle Ups/2 Ring Muscle Ups
1 Rope Climbs/1 Bar Muscle Ups/1 Ring Muscle Ups
